Club Functions, Events and Food Requests

If any Member wishes to use the Clubroms or Greens for an organised Club Event, such as Melbourne Cup Day, St Patrick's Day or other social event with or without bowls, please use this form Members Functions and Bookings

This is to capture a reservation for a space for the event, it helps us avoid conflicts between our own events and the many bookings we are receiving for venue hire. The form also collects any requirements you may need for your event, such as greens’ space, food ordering, TryBooking setup, etc.

The form, on completion, is emailed to the Board who, upon approval, will reserve your space in the calendar and send your form on to anyone else who will need to assist you such as the Providore or Bar Manager.

Members are reminded that we also provide discounts on Hall Hire for your own private functions such as Birthdays, Christenings, etc. If you wish to hire the venue for a private event please use this form Booking Form for Bowls Club Hire
